Effect of the Agreement
Anyone who accesses or uses the qq44 website (qq44.today) and its related services is considered to have read and accepted these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with the terms on this page, you must stop using the platform.

Age Restriction

Account Registration and Management
1.1 Account Creation

One individual means one account per person (per IP address, bank account, phone number, or payment account). Opening a second account using the same details is a violation of these terms.
1.2 Account Security

1.3 Account Closure and Suspension
The platform may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases—

- When false information has been provided
- When there is reason to believe a legal requirement has been violated
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
2.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
Deposit methods available at qq44 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Regardless of the method used, the minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted.
When making a deposit, fill in the transfer reference correctly. The platform is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by an incorrect reference.
2.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This may take longer when bank server issues arise or when verification is required.
Withdrawals can only be sent to an account using the same method as the deposit, or to an account you can prove belongs to you. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
2.3 Financial Responsibilities
All your financial transactions must comply with the laws of your country. If involvement in money laundering or illegal funds is detected, the platform has the right to report this to the relevant authorities.
The platform reserves the right to reclaim any amounts incorrectly paid out due to a technical error that occurs during gameplay.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
3.1 Welcome Bonus
The qq44 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10 must be met.
Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until that 200,000 Ks has been wagered.
Maximum example — If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks (the maximum cap), giving a balance of 1,520,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.
3.2 Bonus Withdrawal Limits
- The bonus can only be claimed once, and deposits made during the bonus period will not qualify for an additional bonus
- The platform reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time
- If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be deducted
- The platform's decision on any bonus-related issue is final
3.3 VIP Tier Cashback
The qq44 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, and up to 0.8% for Platinum. The cashback amount and payment timing are decided by the platform, and its decision is fully binding.
Player Conduct and Prohibitions
4.1 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity of the platform—
- Opening second or third accounts to claim bonuses (multi-accounting)
- Colluding with the opposing side to deliberately lose bets
- Exploiting software glitches or platform bugs during play
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the platform's software or data without permission
- Using bots or automated software tools to assist with gameplay
- Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other players
4.2 Unfair Play (Abuse Detection)
The platform monitors player activity to provide good service and to control unfair play. If unfair play is suspected, the platform may suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Customer service will be in contact during the review period.
Limitations of Liability and Restrictions
5.1 Service Suspension
